Summer rock mixtape

Behold the harder side of soft rock.
9

There comes a day when every smooth-rocker makes the smooth take a back seat to the rock. When he chooses to operate less from the head and heart and more from the crotch. When he’s on the run, no time to sleep, and he’s got to ride like the wind to be free again. When he says aloud, into the gaping maw of the universe, “We roll tonight, to the gui-tar bite.” This 80-minute mixtape brings together 20 songs that see each artist, if only for a brief shining moment, leaving behind the marina and entering the arena.
